Now at this age of late thirties, I have to shop around for plus size womens clothing in the departmental stores or shopping malls. As I love food too much and hate to exercise, I have put on some weight and my body mass index or abbreviated as BMI is under overweight or obese. Hence, the only clothes that can fit me are plus size womens clothing. In Gurney Plaza, an up market lifestyle shopping mall, there are 2 stores that sell plus size womens clothing and I love them for the variety and designs. Now I have lots of clothes to wear and the cupboard is loaded almost to the brim with my new clothes. Sometimes, I have to squeeze them in and am having storage problems.

Whenever I travel overseas, I will buy some clothes and my second sister also buys me clothes so that we siblings all wear the same clothes when we travel together. We have been to Bangkok, Bandung, Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen and some states of Malaysia like Kuching, Ipoh, Melaka, etc – all travelling together as a family. It is better to travel with my sisters than with other people whom you don’t know. So, whenever we have leave and some cash from our savings, we will plan another holidays together and help finance each other like someone will pay for air fare, another will pay for accommodation and ground tour, another will pay for food for the 3 of us.

Having good food for the past couple of years, I now have to buy Plus Size Coats as I am on the obese side. My BMI or body mass index is overweight and I need to do something about it. In the meantime I have to wear Plus Size Coats for people like my size. Being a little larger than normal, I have to carry extra weight around and don’t wear heels anymore so that I can walk in comfort wearing my khaki colored Crocs which was a gift from a friend. I also have to choose my clothes carefully so that they won’t make me look bigger like buying darker colored clothes such as black, brown or grey and choosing vertical stripes instead of horizontal stripes.

Likewise, for the Plus Size Coats, I need to choose darker colors to make me look slimmer and not to emphasize on the material. Brighter colours stand out and will make you look much bigger than you really are. It is all in the perception. Therefore, with the extra knowledge here, you are now better prepared to make smart purchases especially if you are well endowed all over. It also applies to the men and kids, not only the ladies. So choose your clothes color wisely to justify your money.

When I was in Singapore General Hospital for the extraction of 6 permanent teeth for orthodontic treatment, I saw many of the staff were in all cotton scrubs that looks clean, neat and professional. They present themselves as spick and span and ready to do an operation. The doctor and surgeon together with the nurses all donned their scrubs over their attire.

For more information, you can check out http://www.blueskyscrubs.com/categories/Scrubs/Scrubs-for-Women/Original-Scrubs/ by clicking on the link given to read more about scrubs and maybe to make orders for your medical centres. There are a repertoire of varieties to choose from ranging from pink to blue, patterned to plain, for him and for her, et cetera. Wearing scrubs also protect your underlying working clothes from getting the dirt or blood squirts during an operation.

My permanent teeth are now straightened, thanks to the orthodontic treatment which was quite expensive and time consuming. No longer do I find food getting stuck in in the crevices between my teeth and they are easier to clean and brush now. But then, I had to endure some pain and pressure for each new orthodontic visit in Singapore and then in Penang. Hence, it is good to have excess cash for luxuries like this once in a lifetime.

I was watching 3 movies in a row consecutively for 3 days at the Golden Screen Cinemas in Gurney Plaza. Some of them were 3D while others are normal movies. I saw Spy Kids 4D, The Zookeeper and Glee Movie Concernt 3D. We had a long holidays over the Hari Raya and Merdeka day for about 1 week. Most of the factories in Bayan Lepas were closed for 1 week because majority of the technicians are Malays and they need to celebrate their annual new year after a month of fasting known as Ramadhan.

In the meantime, you can check out home security russellville by clicking on the links to read more about the information from the page that loads in your browser. Those in USA can also watch Direct TV in the comforts of their homes if they were to subscribe to the channel or cable-connected television. Direct TV has many interesting channels to view from news to documentaries, dramas to music and entertainment.

I am also reading up a lot of information on creating my own ebook that sells and will go through ClickBank to accept the payment through credit cards for me. There is a lot of learn up but in the past I have set up my own web site selling ebooks using 2CheckOut and the income was so-so.

Cryogenic means related to very low temperatures. So cyrogenic storage are equipment to store liquefied gas like liquid oxygen or nitrogen, et cetera with low temperatures. All cryogenic liquids produce large volumes of gas when they vaporize. Most cryogenic liquids are odorless, colorless and tasteless when vaporized into the gaseous state. Also most cryogenic liquids have no color except liquid oxygen, which is light blue. So, this is something that we can learn today. This would make a good science article for the school students and broaden their knowledge on this topic.

You might like to check out on cryogenic equipment by clicking on the cryogenic equipment link given here and read more about it in the following web page that loads on your browser. Not many people have heard about
cryogenic equipment; so it pays to broaden your knowledge if you can google it or just click on the link to see the company that handles this industry. Who knows, you might just need it for your business and partner with them for a win-win solution. Or you could start a new business using the said equipment and could be making profits as there would be very few competitors in this area.

I love food and last night, I had 1kg lobster thermidor that was full of cheese, button mushrooms, onions and of course, succulent lobster meat. I am blessed in the sense that I never suffer any food intolerance or food allergies and get to enjoy as many varieties of food as possible. I also never use arthritis pain relief because I don’t have this disease and will never do. I also had baked crabs and stir-fried vermicelli with seafood last night in a fishing village food cafe. The bill came to about $190 which was very much cheaper than if you were to dine elsewhere.

Though I am a little on the obese side, my health is excellent. I guess I have to do something about that BMI or body mass index. Maybe take up exercise which I hate to do because I will then have to wash my hair frequently which takes up too much time and effort. My job is easy and I can type quite fast on the computer like a secretary. Perhaps I am brought up to do secretarial work with talents for developing static web sites without any forum or content management in the admin panel.

I was in Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen last month with my 2 younger sisters. We had a good time together and sight seeing especially in Macau where we stayed in a very nice suite with 2 queen size beds for the 3 of us. When I came back to Penang, my luggage was already put on the material handling conveyors or conveyor belt at the arrival hall. The conveyor belts come in handy for tourists and businessmen like us to travel around and yet receive our luggages in a timely and safe order.

Now my youngest sister is in China to visit my second sister who is lecturing business English there as the head of her department. They will go to Hangchou too and will be together for 10 days over the Hari Raya long holidays including weekends. As for me, well, I get to enjoy lobster thermidor at a fishing village in Penang with a close friend. And I have been watching movies for 3 days consecutively in a row. I watched Cars 2, Glee 3D concert, and the Zookeeper. I still continue to check my emails on a daily basis and do some work now and then. This is all possible, thanks to the internet.

Today is still a public holiday which falls on the third day of Hari Raya. As yesterday was national day and Hari Raya holiday, today is naturally a public holiday as well. I just feel like soaking with water in a hot tub with hot tub filter. It is time to relax and not to worry about work anymore. After all, I really work hard for my savings and retirement down the road. I can use spa hot tub covers and discount spa covers in my home. It is a double storey terrace house. I also have a very small apartment which will be rented out for rental income. Considering inflation and the debt crisis in USA and Eurozone, one cannot take his income for granted and squander them away for impromptu purchases.

Today, I got 3 offers from a program which pays $15 a post for at least 200 words and I am very pleased with the offer. I know the program pays as soon as you have reached $50 in your account to your paypal on a timely basis. The head honcho is Ted Murphy and I am sure you will know which program I am referring to. Suffice to say that they respond very fast too for every email enquiry to them regarding any issues or problems that you may face. This is what I call, working for a win-win basis for both bloggers and the paid posts programs. That is why, this paid post program by Ted Murphy is so popular and you will be considered lucky if you are accepted into it.

I have submitted my post before but now revising it so that it is more bearable and user friendly. I was chatting with this person using my iPhone 4 which was installed with WhatsApp application which is a chat software. He messaged me first and I got to know that this fella works in Penang in an office in Bayan Lepas and graduated in Mechanical Engineering from United Kingdom. So much for qualifications. His nature of job or scope of work is quite interesting. He has to design and build an air con system from the start to the end, prepare and submit quotation, arrange and get the job done, make purchases, does supervision, testing and commissioning, prepare drawing, operation manual and so much more.

Gosh, and I thought I have to do a lot of work but apparently this fella wears many hats. And sometimes, I earn much more on average considering my commissions, etc. WhatsApp is an interesting chat application that can be installed in iPad 2 or iPhone 4 and it functions just like Yahoo Messenger except with fewer features. It is so interesting to be able to play with the different gadgets and experiment the different apps that are free to download. In the meantime, you can check out on beauty supply warehouse, black hair extensions, wigs and hairpieces.

Frankly speaking, I am not very motivated to blog today for a program due to their extremely LATE payment. I have accumulated $540 in total payment due to me so far and an email to them regarding my payment in the past goes unanswered and ignored! Have they changed management? The key to success in any business be it paid blogging posts, etc is the honesty of the management. If they keep collecting money from advertisers while ignoring bloggers like me to make payments due to us, then I think, it is not very honest of them.

Other programs like Blogsvertise or Blogitive or Social Spark pay regularly to its bloggers on a weekly basis or when you have accummulated up to $50 and you can request a payment – this is good because it is an online reminder to the staff that it is pay day. Today, I get 11 opportunities at $5 per post but I am not that excited. I am not sure if they will default payment due to me too. I hope this won’t be the case and that the program won’t keep flipping new unsuspecting bloggers to post for them while forgetting the old ones and not make any payment. In the meantime, you can check out on Rifle scopes. By clicking on the link for Rifle scopes, you will find out more information on Rifle scopes.

Here in my country, we are not allowed to buy Glock pistols or Kimber rifles or even Rock river arms. Only the police forces are allowed to arm themselves against robbers, etc. The normal citizen cannot own arms. It is a big no-no. You will be arrested if you are found to have arms in your possession. Therefore, this country in Malaysia is safer compared to USA where you have mental case madmen on a firing spree targeting school children and innocent people on the roads and in schools. Dozens of lives are needlessly lost because of the law of allow its citizens to protect themselves in case of danger.

As for us, in case of danger, we just call the police using an emergency number. We even have an iPhone and iPad apps that connect to the police station and in case of danger, you just need to press the Help button and your location can be detected right away. This is only applicable in the state of Selangor, but hopefully will be extended to other states in Malaysia. I feel quite safe staying here compared to so many other countries and especially the Middle East where there is so much uncertainty and uprising.

Today, I cancelled 2 HSBC credit cards due to the additional government charge of $50 for each card per year. I still have 4 credit cards which I intend to cancel some more and keep only 1 or 2 credit cards. I only use HSBC credit card 4 times in a year and this does not justify for me to maintain the cards for so many years before the government service charge was announced early this year.

Just the other day, I was window shopping in Gurney Plaza, Penang’s upmarket lifestyle shopping mall along Gurney Drive and saw very nice cufflinks. The cufflinks are made of metal like silver or stainless steel that does not corrode. You can check out on cufflinks by clicking on the links given and read more about them. Who knows, you might like to purchase them online as well using the safe and secure payment gateway.

I also went to SOCSO on my own for the first time without my parents accompanying me this time around. And I save money on treating them expensive lunch for each trip that they come with me. It is so nice to be independent now and no longer do I have to wait half an hour for my parents to get ready and go out. The parking was easy too as there were no cars around at the time I went there. There were ample parking bays in the SOCSO compound.

And this afternoon, I have written 2 checks for EPF or Employees Provident Fund for the contribution of the employees and also another check for SOCSO insurance payment. I also wrote a third check to pay off my Citibank credit card for this month. I always make sure that the bank receives my credit card check before the due date so that I will not be charged extra 17% interests per month for late payment! This is very exorbitant and I don’t want to incur unnecessary charges.

I have bought 2 Business books last week on finance and how to grow your money. There are also executive book summaries that you can view in the internet done by someone who comes from a poor family but make good and doing well now being author and business consultant. The executive book summaries are quite comprehensive and are in pdf format, so they can be read through the computer. Books can be your best friends. They give you knowledge that you would not get from your family or friends. Knowledge is power, which is a famous tagline anywhere you go in Singapore. That is why Singapore is so progressive and advanced compared to Malaysia with its very narrow-minded racist politics being practised since Independence Day.

Did you know that Singapore’s Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew got double first class honors in Law from Cambridge University and his departed wife also got first class honors? Under the leadership of such a smart intelligent man, Singapore is what it is today, thanks to Lee Kuan Yew. But not every citizen is happy with his policies that keep bringing in foreign talent to the country so that it can prosper further. They find they have to face with stiff competition who are willing to work for less pay and work harder.

Money has to be earned and not handed down like a windfall from the government to the Malays here in Malaysia. This will surely encourage slothfulness and laziness to perpetuate like the wild fire in Australia. The Malays are so used to handouts from the government that if you take them away, they will be completely lost and cannot survive on their own and compete with the other races like the Chinese and Indians who miss out on so many deserving opportunities like scholarships for their kids, housing loans, business deals and contracts from the government.

The Chinese have to slought it out on their own, trying to survive with this biased and racist government. They have to pay for exhibition in Fair Trades to show case their products and give out Fair Trade Gifts during the Fair Trade Products exhibition. The Eco Gifts may also come in handy to promote their business to the general public and stand on their own without any support whatsoever from the racist government. This racial polarization has been practised since Independence Day in 1957 until now. That is why, for us Chinese, there is no reason to celebrate Independence Day and it would have been a fairer system under the British colonial rule.
