An old Greek man lived alone in Marrickville. He wanted to dig his
tomato garden, but it was hard work for his advanced years as the
ground was very hard.

His only son, Spiro, who used to help him, was in prison. The old man
wrote a letter to his son and described his predicament.

Dear Spiro,
I am feeling pretty bad because it looks like I won’t be able to plant
my tomato garden this year. I’m just getting too old to be digging up a
garden plot. If you were here my troubles would be over.
I know you would dig the plot for me.
Love Papa

A few days later he received a letter from his son.

Dear Papa,
Don’t dig up the garden. That’s where I buried the bodies.
Love Spiro

At 4 A.M. the next morning, Federal agents and NSW Police arrived and
dug up the entire area without finding any bodies. They apologized to
the old man and left.
That same day the old man received another letter from his son.

Dear Papa,
Go ahead and plant the tomatoes now. That’s the best I could do under
the circumstances.
Love Spiro

Anyway, it’s just a parody and that we all know someone like… Ralphie Twaddle or Sally Spot.

I guess blogging seems to be the norm nowadays with people blogging from lawyers to doctors, engineers and even the lay person. Blogging can be so addictive that you just cannot stop and even when you are shopping in a large departmental store, your mind is still thinking about blogging and finding out ways to make money online. Oh…this is just so interesting.

This is a more decent picture and both pics explains why bicycle shorts should be black.

There are too many dogs sniffing around and if you are not careful, one might just come up to you and sniff your butt out! But this is a harmless picture and looks incredibly cute. Even for the pet golden hamster, similar to one that I used to keep as an undergraduate student to relieve me of study pressure. Luckily mine was not that cheeky as in this picture with those black beady eyes that begs for a carrot stick.

Last night I watched this romantic cheeky comedy with my friend in Gurney Plaza. This is a tale of a guy who’s a psycho-chick magnet hooking up with a somewhat deranged super-femme fatale. It dots all the Is and crosses all the Ts, and everyone seems to be having fun, but something is missing; or rather, too much is put in.

The titular heroine, G-Girl (Uma Thurman), is such a do-gooder that the neuroses and borderline insanity of her alliterative alter-ego Jenny Johnson are almost too hard to take. Maybe it would have taken too long to paint her as your standard uber-being driven apart from humanity (and men) by her vast powers. As it stands, things get too wild with this super-crazy lady and they … they’re resolved far too conveniently.

Inconsistencies aside, Thurman is a joy to watch as are Luke Wilson as the harassed loverboy; The office’s Rainn Wilson as his best buddy and Anna Faris as the sweetie from the office. As ultra-romances go, it’s a darn sight livelier than the staid, overly reverent Superman Returns.

Last night, I watch a most hilarious movie of the year with my friend. A wannabe dad (Shawn Wayans) mistakes a vertically challenged criminal on the run (Marlon Wayans) as his newly adopted son. In Revolution Studios’ hilarious comedy Little Man, big things come in small packages. DARRYL EDWARDS (Shawn Wayans) is so eager to become a father that he mistakes a short, baby-faced thief CALVIN SIMS (Marlon Wayans) for an abandoned toddler. He and his wife take the “baby” into their home while the thief’s partner PERCY P (Tracy Morgan) tries to help him recover a stolen diamond. Watch the part where his wife, Vanessa (Kerry Washington), a very successful corporate figure wears a stoneless diamond ring given by her jobless hubby. This cartoony comedy will thrill you from the start of the show to the end.

This coming Monday morning,  my boss will drive us down to KL again for a second meeting and we plan to stay in The Grand Continental Hotel which is just beside or rather behind Plaza Hotel, KL where we used to stay. Will take more photos of the coming trip.

The other day, my friend parked his car beneath a large tree for a while. Shortly later, pigeon droppings were seen on his vehicle. Such luck! Luckily it was not on his shirt or his head! Some people believe they will strike the lottery if this happens, as comical as it seems. I do not gamble, neither do I speculate in the share market; so bird poop or whatever that hits your car is redundant to me. I don’t understand why people continue to feed pigeons when the droppings carry e-coli bacteria that can easily spread in the air. Luckily my neighbour has stopped feeding the pigeons.
