To me, the internet is my cash cow generating income for me every week, if not every day! It is the golden goose that lays the golden eggs and I just need to collect the golden eggs. So, never slaughter the goose. As long as I have my internet connectivity, I can make money online now and then and when I am in the mood to earn some moolah. The opportunities will always be there and it is up to you to grab the chance.

I have owned an HDB flat in Commonwealth Drive in Singapore and shared the flat with my younger sister. At that time, I needed a place to stay instead of renting and decided to check out the best mortgage rates for my home. As a condition to own an HDB flat in Singapore, you need to have two permanent residents who are related to each other like siblings or husband and wife.

Now, due to pressure and competition from the Singaporean residents, permanent residents have to purchase more expensive condominiums from the market to have a roof over their heads. I am relieved that I don’t have accommodation problems now that I am based in Penang, Malaysia.

No matter how much you earn, to be really rich is to spend less than you earn each month. This is basic financial principal. As long as you can save some money, say 10% of your income every month, you will become rich when you retire eventually. Many financial experts keep writing in their books to tell us to spend way less than we earn. Otherwise, you are just a transit for money transactions. You need to attract money and not repel it. By using compounding interests, you will become rich in a matter of years as you faithfully keep at saving money monthly. There is no other way for most of us who have to slought it out daily, year in year out.

With the gloomy USA economic woes and spiralling Eurozone debt crisis, many people are in debt and out of job. They are unemployed and this makes matters worse if they have a family to support like aged dependants and children to feed. So it might be a reprieve to be able to get your hands on those cash advances from financial institutions without thorough background check. Pundits are forecasting another round of global recession by next year taking into consideration the current economic problems and heavy debt crisis in the West. The cash advances will come as a temporary relief for most people who are cash strapped.

The problem is compounded when they are jobless with no other opportunity in sight. Banks like HSBC and Bank of America are cutting present jobs by the thousands in their region. This translates to more breadwinners being unemployed and unable to put food on the table for their families. More will go hungry unless something drastic is done to the national fiscal deficit and to reverse it. Cash advances are nothing new and it is a form of payment to those facing poverty soon with mounting credit card debts, household expenses to meet, et cetera. You can just check out the links given and find out more about them.

Cryogenic means related to very low temperatures. So cyrogenic storage are equipment to store liquefied gas like liquid oxygen or nitrogen, et cetera with low temperatures. All cryogenic liquids produce large volumes of gas when they vaporize. Most cryogenic liquids are odorless, colorless and tasteless when vaporized into the gaseous state. Also most cryogenic liquids have no color except liquid oxygen, which is light blue. So, this is something that we can learn today. This would make a good science article for the school students and broaden their knowledge on this topic.

You might like to check out on cryogenic equipment by clicking on the cryogenic equipment link given here and read more about it in the following web page that loads on your browser. Not many people have heard about
cryogenic equipment; so it pays to broaden your knowledge if you can google it or just click on the link to see the company that handles this industry. Who knows, you might just need it for your business and partner with them for a win-win solution. Or you could start a new business using the said equipment and could be making profits as there would be very few competitors in this area.

Making money on the internet certainly requires some effort and luck. Your computer is your cash cow for you to milk from the internet with broadband connectivity. You have to be resourceful by scouring through the thousands of web sites to find the select few that pays regularly for some work done in a timely manner. Nobody is going to teach you how to do it and it is up to your determination to find the needle in the haystack. During good times, it was lucrative but not anymore. A lot of people are still jobless and the unemployment rate hovers around 9% in USA in current times.

There is a 50% possibility that America may face the second round of recession next year and it is going to be worse than the first time recently. There will be no more bail out money or Government interception to buy Treasury bonds and help spur the economy to pre-recession times. Many of the Americans are still jobless at a rate of 9%, up from the previous figure. And for those who are employed, they are forced to take up part time job or go for long leave which means less income to the household. This does not augur well for the world which is directly affected by the USA economic situation.

China is complaining that USA is not doing enough to reverse the fiscal situation and China is the biggest holder of USA debt by buying up lots of bonds due to the export surplus of China with USA. In time to come, China will overtake USA as the world’s biggest economy and it is presently the world’s second largest economy now having overtaken Japan some time back. That is why many people will become stress out and women may be the main victims in USA. To reduce the stress, there are diets for women like lemon juice diet to cut down on the expenses. This will replace your main meal so that you don’t have to go hungry.

You can check out master cleanse reviews by surfing the link given and read up for more information. I am currently reading up a lot on financial news and going to MPH to buy books to read up and be financially educated. Look at it this way – my second sister will be doing her masters of philosophy in UK next year and later on read for her pHd which will take a total of 3 years. She is so determined, that last week, she flew to Singapore to meet up with her professors to ask for advice and to have some ideas to write her pHd thesis proposal.

Gold is a good hedge against inflation. Using the rule of 72, if the inflation rate is 6% per annum, then it takes 72 divided by 6 equal 12 years for your money to become half its value. Inflation will decrease the value of paper money over time and this is scary. That is why majority of people at the age of 65 have to depend on their children, the government or relatives to live. Only 4 out of the 100 at the age of 65 will be seriously wealthy while 5 would already be dead. To fight against inflation, you might like to buying gold online or buy silver bullion as a form of investment.

You can check out where to buy gold by surfing around or simply by clicking on the links given above for your convenience. Last year, I bought 40 grams of gold from my local bank which is Public Bank at only $123.00 per gram. Now it is about $230 per gram and is still increasing. I have made about $1,000 over 1 year just opening a Gold Savings Account with my bank. I also have gold bullion in the form of a collectors’ coin given by my wealthy uncle who is 95 this year and still plays 18-hole golf every Sunday after church service.

I also have gold necklace, gold rings and bracelet. These are my personal collection that I will only wear on special occasions like Chinese New Year, Christmas or birthdays. I am pondering whether I should invest in more gold through my bank but then again you need to have excess savings to do so. Gold purchasing is more for the well-heeled and well to do. That is how the rich gets richer while the poor gets poorer – unless something is done about this phenomenon.

Today, HSBC (Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank) axed 30 thousand jobs all over Europe and America. HSBC is Europe’s largest bank. Though they make profit in the first quarter of this year, the reason they are shedding thousands of jobs is to streamline their business and get out from countries that are not making much profit. HSBC also intends to sell its hundreds of bank buildings in USA for US Dollars 1 billion. Considering problems in USA and potential bankruptcy of some European countries like Greece, it is time we consolidate all our finances into safe money instruments like putting them into Fixed Deposits or Savings Account.

Last night, I bought 3 books on finances and was reading the newspapers today in my bed with the air conditioner turned on and lying under my silk country quilts bought from China. When I was in China, there were several country decorating quilts made from silk worm. They don’t sell any country shower curtains but I might consider shopping around for them. Online shopping is now the trend amongst the yuppies and technologically savvy website surfers. Which is why online companies like eBay and Amazon are both doing very well with net worth in the region of US billions of dollars.

It is also high time to save up for austerity moments such as this that cuts across the globe. Millions are jobless all over the world and the US economy has not really recovered yet from the sub prime crisis in 2008. Obama is busy lobbying to increase the national debt level and printing paper money. This does not auger well for the near future and it spells loom and doom. Not only that, my second sister is intending to pursue her pHd studies in the UK next year and that means one less financial contributor to our family household.

Working for other people has frequently been a struggle for me. It is not easy to work for others and I know I am not alone in this venture. Many of my family friends have kids who could not hold on to their jobs beyond the probation period. I know of my mother’s church friend’s son who graduated from the UK with a masters degree but could not pass the interview to secure a job. He has been jobless for more than 10 years now since he graduated with a highly qualified masters degree. But he is lucky as both parents have pension as retired teachers and they know of relatives who are doctors who can write medical report about their son not being able to work because of some illness or condition in order to get their pension later on from the government. Hence, this boy is lucky – he will eventually get his parents’ pension to feed himself for life.

Not everyone is so lucky. Many have to resort to charity and donations from generous people. There are others who have to turn to their working siblings to help support them but even then, they have their own families to take care of. Life is carefree from the worries of money when your parents slought it out to make ends meet and work hard just to put bread on the table. For them, the children come first, then only their own self. So it is right for the children who grow up to support their aged parents who have done so much for them. This is only possible provided the children have financial security, able to work in a team and perform in their work. It would be a bonus if they are star performers just like my two younger sisters.

You need to have a few sources of income and not just rely on your main job to feed your family and put bread on the table. It is good to be able to maintain your main job as not everyone is blessed enough to work beyond the probation period. I know of many ex-colleagues and family friends who could not hold a job beyond the probation period. They had to keep job hopping from one company to another and keep re-applying for another post by checking out in the newspapers. I pity such people because they don’t have financial security and might problems working in a team or could not perform in the job.

One of the easy ways to have multiple sources of income is to put your money in the bank like fixed deposits or government bonds for higher coupon rates or interests returns. This will help beat the inflation which reduces the value of paper money over time. Using the rule of 72, if the inflation rate is 4% per annum, then it takes 72 divided by 4 equals 18 years for your money to become half its value. Likewise, if the bank interests rate is 3%, then it takes 72 divided by 3 equals 24 years for your money to double its value by using the compounding effect.

Another source of multiple income is to consider Hawaii real estate for sale and invest in properties for rental yields. Besides, properties will beat the inflation and will appreciate in value over time. You can also be a part time property negotiator but provided you have good contacts in the first place. And to invest in properties, you need to view at least 100 properties before you can make a fair and good decision to purchase within your means and get the best locality and infrastructure with a limited budget.

Chinese New Year is coming and falls on 3rd February 2011. I was at the bank recently and it was so crowded with people waiting and they were seated patiently for their queue number to be flashed on the screen. I was there to add my mother’s name to my fixed deposit certificates for the joint account so that in case anything happens to me, my mother can still withdraw my money. Otherwise, it may take years for the money to be in their hands. There is red tape and bureaucracy for the cash to be released if my FD certs are put under one name only.

I also took the opportunity to ask for empty red packets or ‘ang pows’ but was told to come back the following week where they will only give them out. In Kuala Lumpur, the red packets are given out freely and you don’t even have to be a bank customer. They give out generously and without conditions unlike here in cheap skate Penang. Though at my bank, there are many seats for the clients, other places might require crowd control products to help people stay in lines at the bank, for concerts, political events, at the grocery store and anywhere someone needs an orderly line.

Stanchions are a standard way to do this. There are retractable belts, velvet rope and more ways being developed all the time. You can even have printing done on the belts. Barricades are for traffic control, security and privacy. There are fence barricades, traffic cones, pipe and drape walls, etc.

Now there are so many sites offering instant payday loans for your Christmas shopping this year. I think I have over spent this time but most of the money will go to my life insurance policy as part of my retirement plan. So in effect, it is like paying myself which is a form of forced savings. By the way, paying annual premiums is much cheaper than paying monthly or quarterly premiums with about 5% extra charges.

It is very easy to get payday loans no faxing because there is no stringent checks unlike other personal loans or bank loans for business where you have to show proofs of documents in black and white. And to get loans, you must not be a bankrupt. You also need to have clean record of paying your credit card bills on time every time. There is a system put in place to show the type of paymaster your are – good or bad. If you pay your credit card bills on time most of the months, then you will have a better standing with the banks to get future loans for personal use or for your business. You can check out the links given here like payday loans online if you need extra cash to spend this coming Christmas.

December is the time where many people need extra money for their Christmas shopping or year end overseas trip with their children during the long term school holidays. Some people may need payday loans to help alleviate their being short of cash to spend this December. Most companies give out their year end bonuses to their employees for their loyalty and hard work during the earlier months of the year.

When you are short of spending money this coming Christmas, payday loans will come in handy. There are so many web sites offering payday loans with no conditions attached other than you are required to pay back your loans eventually with interests. Christmas is a time of giving for the parents and time of receiving for the children. Christians around the world celebrate this season of joy and merriment with parties, Christmas carolling, and some will take the opportunity to do charity.

As for me, I might go to an orphanage and give out little presents to the orphans in Penang. But that is just a plan in the making. Recently, I was contacted by Citibank credit card representative who offered to give me an advanced loan to spend this December when they noticed a much much higher money was charged to my card for a brand new 32 GB iPhone 4, Orient Rewards discount vouchers, UniAsia Life Insurance Policies and some spending at St. Michael’s in Sunway Pyramid. In total, I chalked up more than $8,000 in credit card bills within a short period of time! In future, I have to be more cautious of my spending and not to spend too frivolously with my hard earned income. Money does not grow on trees and it requires your blood, sweat and tears to put bread on the table and to give allowance for the maintanence of the home to my retired parents. But thank goodness, I am blessed with more than enough to spend and do not require the advance pay day loan.

As I said in my other blog posts today, the only safe way to be rich is to buy insurance early and take advantage of the compounding interests effect. Later on at about 12:45pm, an insurance agent will be coming to my house to collect the cheque for the group company insurance for 11 people and perhaps they might want to introduce life insurance policy to me. But I cannot be to hasty to part with my money just like that as it involves months and even years of payment before you can reap the profits. Another insurance agent from Public Bank with a joint venture with ING insurance company (a Dutch company) will be coming at 2:00pm and show me the projected income at various ages. Then only I can compare and make my decision.

In a short while, I am going upstairs to read the November issue of Personal Money Magazine that was bought from MPH in Gurney Plaza. I have read about 70% of the magazine already and the remaining 30% is yet to be read. The new December issue will be on sale soon at now is almost the end of November. So, after finishing blogging the necessary posts, I am going to read newspapers and the Personal Money magazine for some financial knowledge. This is one of the best investment ever as I can make better financial decisions concerning my savings, and Fixed Deposits plus EPF.

These few days, I have experimented with a few wordpress themes and the conversion rate for my earnings on the advertisements. I noticed that those themes with lots of links tend to confuse the visitors and they don’t bother to read the ads but jump in straight away to reading the post. I have more than 5 wordpress themes installed on my server and change them according to season like during Christmas or Chinese New Year. I have to keep experimenting with the themes for the best click through rate to maintain the various blogs. That’s the motivation to continue writing and blogging on a consistent basis.

I am a firm believer in purchasing healthcare insurance to protect my finances in case of hospitalization or surgery. The medical insurance company will foot the bill for your medical expenses. There are various discount medical insurance policies for you to check and compare prices to suit your budget. The younger you buy your medical insurance, the lower health premiums will be available for you. It depends on your age and whether you are a smoker or non-smoker.

Since non-smokers have lower health risks, therefore the medical insurance premiums will naturally be lower as well. As for myself, I am a beneficiary of a lump sum insurance payout because of my health condition from Great Eastern for my Singapore CPF account. It was a blessing in disguise that I took up the optional insurance premium and it was deducted a little from my CPF (Central Provident Fund) account. In Singapore, CPF is like EPF (Employees Provident Fund) in Malaysia where there is forced savings into your account from your salary deductions.

I would certainly encourage my friends to purchase at least an insurance policy to protect their finances from depleting too soon in case of the discovery of dreaded disease or critical illness. You can never foresee what is going to happen in the near future and it is better to be safe than sorry. Buying insurance is a win-win situation and you need to study the policy carefully to know what illness can be claimed and what cannot.
