I have worked in a valuation company before in Penang doing valuation reports and drawing housing unit plans using Microsoft Excel, the most basic layout editor compared to Autocad. It was easy to use Excel but once you know Autocad, you will stick to using it as Excel is more troublesome and more tedious to use just to draw a condo or apartment layout plan. At that time, I also had a colleague who was not too pleased working there anymore due to too many reports to be done that she quit to take up a beautician course as she loves cosmetics. You might like to check out cosmetology school in Wisconsin to know more about being a beautician and to earn money from it.

I was in KL for 3 days recently and just came back yesterday evening. The journey by car was tiring, sitting for 4+ hours or so. We set out early in the morning and was suppose to meet up a potential client but that was cancelled at the last minute as he was busy campaigning in Hulu Selangor in the by election. In the past, I have spent a lot of money on cosmetic creams, make up, lip stick, etc to look good in Singapore as most of the ladies there are well dressed with make up on. Incidentally, you might like to know that Singapore is the 5th richest nation in the world by GDP and purchasing power parity. I am glad to have the experience to work and stay in Singapore.

I was surfing the web site when I stumbled upon piano lessons online, a site with Youtube video to show you how to play the piano like a professional with personal explanation from the music teacher herself. She tells you the various ways to play the piano like using the octave method or ‘tembling’ method to make the melody sounds even better.
I have taken up piano lessons when I was small but regretted it for giving up so soon because it was not easy at the beginning stage. I could play by ear and that is all there is to it. You can check out online piano lessons to learn more from the computer how to play the piano like a pro. And it does not have to cost much – you get to learn at your own pace and free time. It is not a rigid once per week type of lessons on a fixed date that I had when I was small. I was too young to appreciate the piano lessons that I had at that time. So, now I just sit back and listen to other people play and admire their skills.
Well, I guess to learn something the like piano, you need a patient teacher who does not punish by hitting your hands with a ruler. I had a strict teacher like that and that was why I gave up easily. You also need space and a bigger house to place the piano in the appropriate area so as not to congest up the living room.

The list of top 10 richest countries of the world are sorted by their gross domestic product (GDP) at purchasing power parity (PPP) per capita – the value of all final goods and services produced within a nation in a given year divided by the average (or mid-year) population for the same year. GDP dollar estimates here are derived from purchasing power parity (PPP) calculations. Such calculations are prepared by various organizations, including the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
Comparisons of national wealth are also frequently made on the basis of nominal GDP, which does not reflect differences in the cost of living in different countries (See List of countries by GDP (nominal) per capita below). Using a PPP basis is arguably more useful when comparing generalized differences in living standards on the whole between nations because PPP takes into account the relative cost of living and the inflation rates of the countries, rather than using just exchange rates which may distort the real differences in income.
If you just keep your hard earned savings in the bank, it is going to depreciate due to inflation which is at 3-4% per year. Keeping it in the fixed deposits is not enough with only 2.5% per year. So you need to invest your cash in various money instruments like government bonds, unit trusts, share market or even buy gold bars through your local bank or other companies. Investment in gold is a wise decision because from the past 10 years of statictis, the price of gold has climbed steadily. You need to make your money work for you and hopefully your investments will reap profits later on. You also need to have sound financial knowledge before you embark on investing in the share market. Warren Buffett made all his money from the share market and he is the world’s greatest investor. From USD100,000 invested 40 years ago, it has compounded to more than a billion now! Buffett never sold any products to make money and his investment company sells the most expensive share in the world at USD100,000 per share!
