My computer room downstairs is located directly next to an obnoxious neighbor with an equally irritating small dog with a loud bark. Each time I say something on the phone or my mother talks to me, it will start to bark loudly for several seconds. This is very annoying and my obnoxious neighbor seems to train her dog for this purpose. Well, I am used to it already and at one time initially I wanted to install ‘Bark Free’ device which will let out a silent piercing sound that is only audible to dogs each time they bark. It will train them not to bark and the piercing sound can be quite painful to the ears of the dogs. Being the good neighbor that we are, my parents advised me against it. Just opposite my house, my other neighbor’s dog was poisoned to death by another neighbor. So much for neighborliness!
