Something is Wrong with my Computer
First the desktop takes three times to boot up properly and the first 2 times, I encountered error messages. In the BIOs, the virus detection is disabled and there is no sound coming from it even though I have reported this problem to the technician working in Keypoint in Anson Road. The services are getting from bad to worse and the old man deliberately took a long time to attend to my computer. He took 15 minutes attending to other matters leaving me waiting to get the service receipt which I have to pay RM60 which is non-refundable. I am looking for a new computer technician who is more efficient and prompt in servicing this desktop as it has all the business data plus my web site files. So far there are very few reliable technicians who can back up all the important data, format the computer and reinstall Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2003.
