Once upon a time, paid blogging was very lucrative for me. I was earning an extra RM3k – 4k every month from a USA company until competition came in and all the opportunities are all no more. In total, I manage to make RM26k in 1 year from paid blogging alone from a few companies. And I have spent RM10 for the trip to China sponsoring my parents and myself from my income. I had to pay for them as I needed company and don’t want to travel alone. Besides, my mum has never been to China at that time, so in 2007, off we pack our bags and flew to Beijing in July. The trip was a life long experience that I will never forget. We also visited the Great Wall of China but I was too tired to climb all the way to the top where you will get a certificate for your achievements.
