The success of a company depends on its staff and employees. Therefore bosses need to do a thorough Employment Background Check on his employees before hiring them into the team. When you hire someone smarter than you, then the company can prosper further and you can tap the brains of your staff. That’s why highly qualified people are paid much more than the ordinary low qualification blue collar workers. Some are also paid by daily wages just like the workers of my boss’s company. I am working for a sports surfaces construction company based in Penang with a branch office in KL.

My boss prefer to hire local Malaysians than to get foreigners who may or may not have work permit here. Rather than taking chances, he prefers to get our local men to work for him. They are more loyal and work long term. Though there is no Employee Screening, my boss requires to see their Identity Cards and a quick interview.
