After the trip to China a couple of days ago, I had so much good food and put on weight in spite of the much walking. Last night I had only chinese tea for dinner and today I am going to skip lunch. I will just take one meal a day and that is breakfast – a cup of milo and mooncakes. I plan to continue this regime for at least a week to make sure my weight drop to below 70kg. My ideal weight would be below 65kg and I don’t have to carry the extra pounds wherever I go. This sounds drastic, skipping lunch and dinner but I need to do something as my weight has been increasing steadily. Since I hate exercise, I will stick to this habit for a while.
