On the 6th of July, my family treated me dinner in Jade Seafood Restaurant beside Sunway Pyramid in Subang for my birthday. Above is one of the orders of yam basket. The yam is deep fried and added with stir-fried pieces of chicken, green pepper, button mushroom, cashew nuts and other ingredients. This was super-licious.
We also had a bowl of sharks’ fins soup for RM20 each with genuine crab meat and sharks’ fins strips. The soup was more of a thick gravy and double-boiled.
This is the view from our table. Notice the ambience with red cushioned chairs and chinese decorated settings.
This are the baked crabs with crab shells. The crab shells look like they have 2 eyes looking at you but they do certainly decorate the plate.
We also ordered a dish of vegetables with big prawns and ginger. The vegetables were well cooked.
These are the combined dishes that we had. There were about 4 orders just for us.
