As the international holiday of Labor day on May the first is approaching, what do you intend to do on this day? For me, I will probably catch up on doing laundry and sleeping in my new white silk pajamas, a gift from my second sister in Suchou. She bought each member of the family a silk pajamas for a rock bottom price as Suchou is famous for its silk clothing and they are inexpensive. She bought for my dad, a navy blue silk pajamas, my mum a baby pink one, my youngest sister, lavender while mine is a pearl white one. They are so comfy that I tend to sleep longer than usual in my bed.

Last night, we celebrated my dad’s 70th birthday in a seafood restaurant. As my camera batteries run out, I did not take any pictures. He ordered steamed fish with spicy sauce, bake crabs, butter prawns, vegetables soup, clams, delectable fried chicken and rice for 5 persons. The meal was delicious and tantalizing with reasonable pricings. It cost about RM120 in all which was very reasonable for seafood. Except for mom, it was dad’s treat and we each gave him RM100 in angpows totalling RM300 for his birthday.

If you are buying a house or a car and need cheap secured loans, check out Advancestart.com for UK residents. Personally, I think loans are a blessings to many people who could not afford to buy a car or a house in one lump sum cash. By taking loan, and agreeing to pay back by installments on a monthly basis, we are able to own our own house and car. For students, they are able to take graduate programs and get a degree upon graduation to secure a higher paying job. So, in some part of our lives, we all need loans to finance our lifestyle be it to buy a home (Secured Home Loans), a automobile, getting married, going for holidays, or even to study in the varsity.
And if you stay in United Kingdom, you can try to get Secured Loans UK.

I am back from Langkawi for business after a 1 night stay there in the spanking group of islands situated north of Penang. By car, the trip from Penang island to Kuala Kedah took about 1 hour and 15 minutes and by ferry another 1 hour and 45 minutes. The return trip via ferry cost RM36 per person. We were lucky to get a room and a rented car, a Kembara, at the last minute during the peak season and even more so as we arrived there at around 10pm where most of the counters were closed for the night.

This blog now has a Google Page Rank of 4 from 2 previously. My other blog, Protips also has the same PR update from PR 2 to PR 4. And another site Dianatan.net now has PR 3 from PR 0. Now with the recent upgrade in rankings, I hope to be able to take the juicier opportunities from PayPerPost. My other blog in Make Money Online also has a PR change from PR 0 to PR 3. Now bad for my new blogs which started recently and less than 1 year.

There is a blog on Student Loan Consolidation Lowdown where you can read up on loans taken by students and their experiences. Taking a loan to finance your tertiary studies has been commonly practiced. This way, even though the student may not afford the studies on her own and the parents can barely afford to send the kid to varsity, the study loan comes in handy like my case. After I have graduated, then only did I eventually pay back the loan with interests on a monthly basis for 3 whole years to completely return everything. Without a loan, I guess I would not be able to afford studying in the university.

It is not confirmed yet, but I may go to Langkawi today depending on how much my boss could achieve and complete tasks at hand by today. I had always enjoyed going to Langkawi in this serene and peaceful village. Here the liquor and chocolates are tax free and you can even find Dr Mahathir’s, our previous prime minister, bakery. I have in fact bought his buns made by Japanese and they tasted good. There is also the Museum Perdana where you can view the many expensive collections of gifts given to him from his many trips around the world. He even exhibited his BMWs, 4-wheel drives, MPVs, SUVs and several other intricate gifts from China.

When you wish to improve the sales of your products whether you run a restaurant, selling online, open a store, etc, you might like to consider using a CRM software to generate statistics and conclude from there the best selling products, the likes and dislikes of the customers and more. This way, you can generate more revenue for your online store, restaurant, and whatever shop that sells products and services.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a broad term that covers concepts used by organizations to manage their relationships with customers. Basically CRM is a business strategy built around the concept of being customer-centric. The main goals are to optimize revenue through improved customer satisfaction via improved interactions at each customer touch point. This can be accomplished by a better understanding of customers, based on their purchasing patterns and demographics, and better information empowerment at all customer touch points, whether with employees or other media interfaces.

Created specially for USA residents, Real Estate Investment Club Directory is not any ordinary web site. They have designed the perfect Real Estate Investment Club; one that is built by Real Estate Investors for Real Estate Investors. No Meetings, No Boundaries, No Dues/Fees/Zero Cost to you and No BS. The web site is simple with a comprehensive list of all the states in USA of the real estate information just for the Americans. It is like a community dedicated to teaching you, and empowering you with the investor resources to move you to action. I guess this site will do better with more pictures of the real estates available and sold, etc. Just text alone and information of real estate agents does not do justice to the otherwise well-developed web site with comprehensive information.
