Here is my continuation from Part 1. The photos above are bite-size of various flavored cakes coated with cream. There are the strawberry pink cakes, pandan flavored green cakes and the normal vanilla yellow cakes with colorful rice bits. Right at the top tier, not so obvious in the photos are chocolate bon bons or similar to the praline chocolates, but they are cakes as well.
Here’s the delectable buffet consisting of mushroom cream coated steamed salmon, fried nestum prawns, fried mantis prawns in marmite sauce, some fresh vegetables and of course baked crabs. Being careful of my weight, I just had 1 plateful for the round of main dish and another round for fruits, cakes and Haagen Daz ice-cream.
