flower crab
Recently I had buffet dinner in The Cafe in Midlands One Stop or Berjaya Hotel. The food has improved a lot since the Chinese cooks took over from the Malay style of dishes. Here are some photos that I like to post for my own fond memories where I can look back in my old age and pottering around with a cane (hopefully it won’t come to that stage so soon).

Above is the place of flower crab with slices of lemon. They are baked, chilled on ice and served cold. I love the white tangy seafood flavor of the crab that’s tantalizingly smooth. A picture certainly is worth a thousand words and let the photo above speaks for itself.
