I got my t-shirt and a 13-inch pen from PPP a couple of days ago. And guess what, they added some bonus for me by including Get that Job CD set of 4 by Trump University, a round pack of mints and that green spongy picture of a pointed finger to a dollar sign. My company has paid a small deposit for a new small company car for me to use. I guess there will be more driving now and some office work to do that requires driving. I have not been driving in Penang’s busy roads for the past 10 years other than using the North-South Highway that’s relatively straight and less traffic. The above picture was snapped during my business trip to a client’s place which was a club in KL. The entrance is majestic with many massive white colonial pillars. The place was very exclusive that we had difficulty finding the club with not many sign boards unlike the other public clubs in KL. It has a guarded entrance and filled with many individually designed bungalows leading to the club. This is certainly a rich man’s area.

Above is my room in Plaza Hotel for the recent trip to KL. It is along Jalan Raja Laut, quite near to a club that we have serviced. I guess the hotel is about 3 stars right in the city with busy roads. I am keeping the photos here for posterity and to serve as my online photo album for my business trips. There will come a time when I retire and able to peruse through my web sites for a stroll along memory lane
Here is the menu with red Chinese New Year theme and vinegar to go with the shark’s fin soup.
The fourth dish was braised mushroom with mixed vegetables tied up in a bundle with a layer of tofu skin and fried.
The fifth serving was Japanese style udon noodles soup served in a brown claypot receptacle.
The final dish and dessert was sweetened pumpkin paste with red beans. It is also my intention to put up yummy foodie photos for posterity.

The first item that was served was rich braised shark’s fin soup with seafood in a burner to keep the soup warm.
Next, we had deep-fried soft shelled crab with thousand island sauce. The soft-shelled crab can be eaten whole without removing the outer shell.
The following dish was steamed cod fish with black fungus. It was cooked in the usual Chinese style and generously poured with soya sauce with sesame seed oil for a smoother texture.

Here are some pictures taken during my recent trip to KL and Johor for business. By the time I returned to KL, it was already 9:00pm and my boss and I decided to have our dinner near a client’s place. This is something I can look forward to after a long and tiring journey. We were seated right below the grand chandelier right smack in the centre of the restaurant. I just focused my digital camera upwards and snapped this shot.
While waiting for the servings, I took the chance to snap on the cutleries and a complimentary glass of red wine.
