Fish Pot Pie
Above is a tantalizing picture of what my sister ordered in a beach café in Penang. It is a fish pot pie consisting of baked carrots, corns, mushroom soup, mushrooms, potatoes and fish slices covered by pie on a cup. It is a meal by itself and quite filling to the stomach. This used to be my favorite order but it took quite a while to prepare. I guess I am lucky not having to prepare dinner or lunch and get them cooked ready for me. After dinner, it is my usual routine of window shopping and reading the newspapers.
