Blogging as a Profession?

I used to be a web designer, a virtual assistant and a freelancer who would happily take up any offer available when I started with my domain of www.TSLDesigns.com working from my home office. While most pay peanuts with plenty of hard work and revisions, there are others that pay well with little or no revision. But most of the time, I accepted small payment as I was hungry for work. Though working from a home office has its benefits, but the offers that come round were not consistent.

Then when I read that some bloggers are earning a good income from their blogs with very high traffic from none other than Adsense contextual advertisements, I began to set up my own blogs around July 2006 to leverage on this passive income. The timing was just too good. Three months later, I got to know a fellow lady blogger who is earning a 4 figure income in RM from her empire of many blogs. Thanks to her, she referred me to PayPerPost and I am now earning a good side income daily by writing reviews for my blogs. I don’t have to write blog postings for other probloggers and earn half or less that amount for so much work.
