Keith Schacht is the CEO of JobCoin, a site that offers bloggers to a way for employers to post available jobs in their blogs for listing. I have added one here on the right side at the bottom of this blog. It was easy to sign up, and you get a share of revenue from the job advertisement listing. He is what he emailed me below:
Also, a couple ideas for you. When you first launch your job board it’s nice to seed the job board with a few posts. If you have associates who may be hiring or have been asked for help filling jobs in the past, those are great people to follow-up with and offer some kind of promotion to be the first posters. Also, when you officially announce it, it’s great to offer everyone a “grand opening” incentive to help build momentum. You could offer the first 5 jobs posted a special mention in your e-mail newsletter. Or you could offer discounted pricing for the first 7 days (you can create coupons codes to do this).
