I have started this blog in July 2006 and was hoping to earn from contextual advertisements. But being a new blog, and with not so much traffic, the amount from these advertisements were minimal.
However, thanks to my fellow blogger lady friend, I was introduced to PayPerPost where I could make money blogging by putting reviews of products and services on this blog. She got her USD5 referral fee when my first post was approved and she thanked me. In fact I am more grateful to her for introducing this revolutionary system to me in the first place. Now, new blogs like mine are able to leverage some money by reviewing products and placing them on our blogs.
I intend to make this my long-term sideline income and login to PayPerPost.com whenever I am free to review products that I can write about. After all, I am working from my home office with a broadband connection as a part time virtual assistant, sometimes even writing blogs for other bloggers who had to meet tight deadlines. Thanks to PayPerPost, I am now addicted to blogging in my spare free time while holding a full time job working for my boss in his sports building business.
