I came across this Bible verses site here. You can choose which version of the Bible to use from New King James, American Standard Version, New International Version, Revised Standard Version and so on. By the way, do you know that the Bible is the number one bestselling book in the world?

I have in my possession, 3 bibles – New International Version (NIV), Old King James Version and the hardcover New King James Version which costs at least RM100. It was a gift to me and being too heavy with the hardcover, I normally refer to my more compact self purchased NIV with tabs for easier reference.

The Bible is divided into the smaller book of the New Testament and the thicker Old Testament before Jesus came. Currently, the only Old Testament chapters that I read are Proverbs and Psalms. I have started reading a chapter of Proverbs each day that corresponds to its 31 chapters since a year back. Each morning as I wake up, I will read Psalms 91 for protection, a chapter of Proverbs, and a portion of Psalms 1 and Thessalonians. These are my spiritual food for the day.

When Jesus walked on this earth, Grace came and man was no longer under condemnation after the crucifixion. The 10 Commandments given on Mt Sinai, was to reveal men’s sins and those who honor the 10 Commandments will know that they cannot keep it. Hence, Jesus came to cleanse us from our sins and provide a way to heaven and reconciliation with our Heavenly Father.
