Woohoo! My check arrived from 2checkout.com, a pseudo merchant account to take in credit card payment. The amount was just above USD100 since they will only send out checks or wire transfer to your bank account when you hit the USD100 minimum. The last time, I enter my bank SWIFT code for telegraphic transfer or (TT),it cost me a bomb, around USD30 for the services. The picture above shows the check and the envelope from USA. If you like to sign up for a 2Checkout account which cost only USD49 one time payment, click here. This is the cheapest form of credit card payment online that I have found so far. If you decide to set up with a local bank, they will charge you in the region on RM50,000 onwards to have a merchant account. Well, it took more than a year of selling ebooks with the link here and some online virtual assistance from overseas clients to accummulate this amount.
