Penang Hill
On 10th to 11th September 2006, I went to Penang Hill for an overnight’s stay in Bellevue Hotel. I enjoyed the trip by tram up to the hill and then down again the next morning. I could see the thick tropical rainforrests and the lush greenery in this virgin jungle. The hill air was fresh and cool. Photo 1 shows the walkway towards Bellevue Hotel at the top of Penang Hill. Photo 2 shows the entrance to the station at the top. Photos 3 and 4 are taken while descending down the hill. I have also captured a short video about 7MB of the slow journey down the hill by tram. Check out below.

wah! It has been years never gone up to Penang Hill.Don’t know how it turns.
But i really love the scene and fresh air up there much more than Genting or Cameron.I use to go up to my friends stay Bungolo years back almost every week then. The Bungolo actually belongs to the state govt and it is used as a guest house for the Penang Gabenor to entertain his guest.Imagine how nice we can stay there almost every weekend? Cause my friend’s parents are the caretaker for that bungolo….sweet memory. Yeap! How much is the Bellevue Hotel charge..?
and how is the condition? I love to overnite there…just cant get suitable bungolo.
Cos my friend’s parents alr passed away long time ago.

My multimedia keyboard conked out and I spend almost the whole day to look for an inexpensive normal keyboard. For your questions, you can check out the rates and more photos in Penang Hill in the other blog in http:// p r o t i p s . blogspot.com without the spaces. There are more photos and review there.
