Mr Teppanyaki dinner set
On Friday Night after viewing a client’s site, I went for dinner with my boss at Mr Teppanyaki in The Mall near KLCC. We went to the basement where the food and restaurants are located. I ordered Salman Teppanyaki set while my partner ordered Seafood Soup as shown in the pictures above. My salmon teppanyaki comes with rice and miso soup. I also had a cup of warm green tea. The garlic was sliced and deep fried, something new to me and tasted crispy. I have eaten food sauteed with with julienned and finely cut up garlic. The salmon was juicy but will do better if served in thicker fillet. My boss had his seafood soup with glass noodles or ‘tang hoon’ as we call it in Hokkien. It had the usual crabstick, prawns, fish balls, etc. The ambience was all right with nice attractive banners of food pictures put up on the wall. The place is a little small but cosy. I have forgotten how much it cost as my partner took care of the bill. He’s very patient and does not mind me snapping pictures away of the food servings. All in all, the food tastes good and is value for money.
